Our Story

Baltic Litigation Fund will provide financing for legal and associated costs of international investment and commercial arbitration and litigation disputes in the Baltic States, Central and Eastern Europe.

Baltic Litigation Fund will provide financing only after a diligent assessment of the legal merits, the value of commercial assets, and legal and enforcement risks. It will be counseled by an Advisory Committee whose members have extensive background in international dispute resolution.

Baltic Litigation Fund will be managed and administered by BLF Management UAB, an investment fund manager licensed and supervised by the Bank of Lithuania.
